| Prices subject to change without notice. Deposits to hold the date and price will not be accepted until 6 months before the actual date of the release. If deposit has been received price will not change. Deposit of 50% required to confirm date and price. Contract will go into effect after deposit is received. Remainder of monies must be paid by 2 weeks before the service. If we cancel the release because of inclement weather, any act of God, or any other reason keeps us from actually going to the event and doing the release you will receive 100% refund. If we arrive at the event and any of the above keeps us from doing the event you will receive a 50% refund and the doves may be use as a display, if possible, during the wedding. If you cancel the release within 1 month of the wedding the fee will be 25% of total price. You must agree that Florida White Dove will receive from you, either through email or regular mail, at least one good copy, if possible, of the dove release itself to be used on our website. |
